PRISM helps match suitable candidates to jobs, based upon their behaviour suitability. It can produce specific tailor made job requirement benchmarks against which candidates can then be assessed, which will help increase staff satisfaction and decrease turnover.
PRISM provides users with a profile or ‘map’ of their behaviour, based upon eight key behaviour characteristics.
The maps show how the person naturally prefers to behave most of the time.
In addition to the behaviour ‘maps’, PRISM can be used to generate a comprehensive personalised report that identifies and measures 26 key aspects of work preference. It also provides an analysis of a person’s Emotional Intelligence (EQ) preferences and a summary of their ‘big five’ personality traits, one of the most widely accepted and used models of personality. PRISM also has the ability to be used as a 360-degree feedback tool.
Here are some of the organisations that we have used PRISM with in Myanmar, as a part of their people development programmes:
PRISM Brain Mapping is a comprehensive Neuroscience based development tool that is currently used by some of the world’s leading organisations for staff development. The PRISM questionnaire identifies the behavioural preferences that directly relate to personal relationships and work performance and is available in both paper (Burmese and English) and online formats (English). We are the registered distributors for PRISM in Myanmar.
PRISM enables individuals to understand their preferred behaviours and ways of working. It can be used to help prepare for interviews or for on-going career progression, allowing a greater understanding of personal strengths and development areas.
PRISM helps new or existing team members to develop their communication skills, build working relationships with others and reduce conflict and misunderstandings. It can be used to create team profiles and match a team with a chosen behaviour benchmark.
PRISM improves understanding of customers’ preferences and helps to develop flexible communication skills, which will build relationships, increase sales and enhance retention.
