PRISM is available in a number of versions to suit a variety of needs, from Foundation level through to Professional and 360º Feedback.

PRISM Foundation level
PRISM 'Foundation' is the ‘entry level’ version to PRISM Brain Mapping.
Outputs include: an eight-dimensional profile map showing a candidate’s Underlying behavioural preferences; introversion / extroversion profile; summary text narrative and work preference report plus work aptitude and work environment match.
In conjunction with the profiles of other individuals, this version can be used to form a team profile.
This version also enables the candidate’s profile to be matched with a job benchmark and can provide an additional output on benchmark best fit.
This version can be upgraded at a later date to one of the more comprehensive versions of PRISM.
PRISM Personal Level
PRISM 'Personal' is the ‘second level’ version of PRISM Brain Mapping. It is an eight-dimensional instrument which not only shows the candidate’s Underlying or natural behavioural preferences, but also the way in which they adapt their behaviour on occasions to suit the perceived demands of their day-to-day role.
Outputs include: profile maps showing a candidate’s Underlying, Adapted and Consistent behavioural preferences; introversion / extroversion profile; summary or full text narrative; work preferences, work aptitude and a work environment match plus career development report.
In conjunction with the profiles of other individuals, this version can be used to form a team profile.
This version enables the candidate’s profile to be matched with a job benchmark and can provide an additional output on benchmark best fit. This version can be upgraded to the ‘Professional’ version.
PRISM Professional Level
PRISM 'Professional' is the 'top level' version of PRISM Brain Mapping. It is the ultimate profiling instrument and provides users with the most comprehensive insights into a person's behavioural and work preferences.
Outputs include: profile maps showing an individual's Underlying, Adapted and Consistent behavioural preferences; introversion / extroversion profile; summary or full text narrative; work preferences, work aptitude and work environment match plus career development reports; emotional intelligence report; mental toughness report; a ‘Big Five’ profile.
This version enables the candidate's profile to be matched with a job benchmark and can provide an additional output on benchmark best fit, together with the capability to manage a full 360° feedback process including in-house or generic competencies. In conjunction with the profiles of other individuals, this version can be used to form a team profile.
PRISM 360º Feedback
Most 360° assessments tell you only what is, or is not, contributing to a person's effectiveness, but the PRISM 360° assessment also highlights 'why' this may be happening. It gives the user insights into what is taking place beneath the surface.
This difference puts PRISM 360° in a class of its own. PRISM is the only 360° profile that measures behavioural strengths, competencies, emotional intelligence and personality with options for mental toughness and career development assessment. 25 observers are available over 5 categories – 1 x Boss which includes a 'target' score for competencies, whilst the remaining 24 can be allocated to a maximum of 4 groups.
PRISM 360° offers a selection of generic competencies, but users can also upload their own, in-house competencies. It can be customised according to your specific business requirements and makes feedback easy with simple and flexible administration.
